As a pregnant woman, making an adoption plan for your child, you are entitled to an attorney who understands the important and emotional decision you are making.  You will have our full support and respect throughout the entire process, including after the adoption has been finalized.  We promise to always be available for you, to make our meetings convenient for you and to help you understand your rights throughout the process.  We are bilingual and offer our services in English or Spanish.

Additionally, we will make sure you receive the appropriate medical care, financial support and supportive counseling that you need throughout your pregnancy.  An expectant mother’s legal fees are paid by the adoptive parents. We will be there for you, representing your interests at all times, and there is no cost to you. Together we will make an adoption plan for your child which makes you comfortable and happy.
